Description: Heron’s Bonds is the second book in the NewEarth Saga. It is a fantasy romance, a fairytale for adults, that includes the integration of two dominant species on a sentient planet. It is a romance orchestrated by the planet as she pairs up her people in an effort to keep them sane, happy and loyal. Heron’s Bonds is the story of Heron, the first human to build psychic bonds with a dragon and how the planet brings him his mate Trissy and they build a life in the shadow of Grabon’s nest.

Review: “A wonderful escape to a beautiful world of humans and dragons!”

“Heron’s Bonds” quickly whisks you off to a fascinating world where humans and dragons are learning to live together. Both species are intelligent and complex in their own unique way, and I enjoyed learning about their differences and how they began to integrate their distinctive, social backgrounds. The main characters, who are both human and dragon, are well developed and likable. All in all, the story is perfect for readers who would like to escape the complexities of modern life and enjoy a tale about a simpler, yet satisfying, way of life. I didn’t read the first book in the NewEarth series, but I didn’t have a problem starting with the second book, “Heron’s Bonds.” It was a complete and wonderful story in itself.
